The Floyd County Board of Supervisors met for workshop at on Monday, October 31, 2005 in the Board Room of the Floyd County Courthouse with the following in attendance:Chairman Enabnit, Supv. Staudt, and Supv. Dunkel.
Staudt/Dunkel moved to approve the agenda as presented.Motion carried 3-0.
The Board discussed a lending company’s request for the County to do a subordination of mortgage for a parcel of land in Rudd where the County holds a lien agreement from housing assistance in 1996.
The Board completed an ISAC survey regarding the next presidential campaign.
The Board noted the receipt of the annual report of the North Iowa Juvenile Detention Services for FY2005.

Tom O’Brien, Auxiant representative, reviewed the previous year’s health care costs.O’Brien reviewed their Health Risk Management program, HR One Source, plan design ideas and funding for 2006.The Board discussed possibly improving the preventive maintenance benefits of the health care plan for 2006 and offering the Health Risk Management program in 2007.O’Brien will get more information and send it to the Auditor within the next couple of days.
A motion was made by Supervisor Staudt and seconded by Supervisor Enabnit to adjourn.Motion carried 3-0.
