The Floyd County Board of Supervisors met for a special at on Monday, April 3, 2006 in the Board Room of the Floyd County Courthouse with the following in attendance:Chairman Staudt, Supv. Dunkel, and Supv. Enabnit.
Enabnit/Dunkel moved to approve the agenda as presented.Motion carried 3-0.
Dunkel/Enabnit moved to set a public hearing on April 25 at regarding an application for preliminary plat for property owned by Russel Strawn located in the E ½ of Sec 12, Twp 94N, Range 15W in RivertownTownship.Motion carried 3-0.
Enabnit/Dunkel moved to authorize payment to the township trustees for Union Township meetings through the County’s General Fund with the exception of one trustee with meeting times for April 4, May 2, May 9, August 18 and December 12, 2005 and as recommended by the County Attorney, those five meetings are to be considered by the trustees for payment through the Union Township levy monies.Motion carried 3-0.
Dunkel/Enabnit moved to authorize the Auditor to make arrangements for the number of brick that Janssen Waterproofing needs to be moved from the UlsterTownship shed to the courthouse for the west wall repair and possibly store them in the Sheriff’s garage.Motion carried 3-0.
Enabnit/Dunkel moved to authorize the Auditor to coordinate a public sale for the disposition of items from the third floor and at the DHS building.Motion carried 3-0.
A motion was made by Supervisor Enabnit and seconded by Supervisor Dunkel to adjourn.Motion carried 3-0.
