Welcome to the Floyd County GIS website. Floyd County offers at no charge appraisal reports along with ownership/valuation/taxation reports. However, there is much more Floyd County offers on this site for a fee. With a fee you will also have access to sales data, soil information, maps including topography along with soil maps. You will also gain the name search and comparables search, which is included in this fee. If you would like a demonstration please see the Assessors or Auditors office, or if you feel you have a need for full access click on the GIS access agreement located below and send your form along with your payment to Floyd County Auditor.
