[ARCHIVED] Rudd Ice Fishing Frenzy

Floyd County Conservation is hosting the Rudd Ice Fishing Frenzy on February 2, 2019 at the Rudd Lake, Rudd.  $5 registration for participants 16 and over.  Registration form.  

Rules:

  • Fish may be registered after the shotgun start and fish must be registered by 11:30 a.m.
  • All fish will be measured by length only.
  • All fish must be alive – no frozen fish. 
  • All fish brought to registration must be caught during tournament hours on the day of the event. 
  • In the event of a tie the time checked in will be used.
  • No hole blocking or intentionally placing gear near holes to block other fisherman access.
  • You can register your fish by having a marked contest official measure your fish or by reporting it to the contest registration table. Have your registration number with you.
  • Contestants will only be eligible for one prize in the Largest Bluegill category.  
  • Any person not complying with the rules will be disqualified.
  • Iowa fishing regulations apply.
  • All decisions will be final.
  • YOU MUST HAVE A GOOD TIME.
